To ultimately see if we are a good fit to begin working together and to prevent people from signing up who can not benefit from my service. I aim to provide life-changing results to my clients. Without having a consultation first, you're not going to understand this and how I deliver my service.

This is about having the absolute best plan possible for you when you start. If I can't accept you, I will let you know why, and hopefully, I can still point you in the right direction of a coach that can help you.

Nothing special is required, but you will have already filled out my pre-consultation form, which will provide me with some basic information about you. The consultation will be 20-30 minutes and held over a video chat (zoom). Apart from that, show up on time, and we will take it from there. Please note that there's no obligation to sign up after the consult.

I don't disclose the exact fee because it may change in the future. I don't want you to select my service due to being more affordable but because I am the right match for you and what you want to achieve the most in your life. I will provide the coaching fee during our consult.

We require a 3-month commitment for our coaching - this does NOT mean you need to pay for 3 months up front or that you’re limited to 3 months of coaching. This simply means that you’re committing to at least 3 months, which allows you to be fully invested in the coaching process and us to be fully committed to YOU as an individual. Studies also show that regular financial investments lead to higher levels of accountability and action, meaning that by paying monthly rather than in a lump sum upfront - you get better results. So although many coaches prefer the money upfront, paid in full, because it guarantees them a payday… I prefer to lean on what the science shows works better to get YOU the best results possible!
