My Story
When I started out as a Bootcamp instructor, I knew I wanted to be different. I wanted to be known for getting outstanding results. I wanted to be the best at my craft. That goal has never changed over the last 6 years and is still present.
Over six years, I have clocked up over 10,000+ hours coaching 1:1 clients on the gym floor.
This gave me incredible real hands-on experience training and transforming hundreds of people. I continue to refine and improve what I deliver and have since built my own successful, results-driven, personal/group training business I can call my own.
The single most important investment you can make is into your health, and I work relentlessly to ensure you get the rewards for that.
Personal training isn't about one-to-one exercise. It's about customizing every aspect of the plan according to the client's needs and wants. There is a difference between 'just exercising' and actually training for a result. Exercising has little direction, while training has a purpose. Every second we work together is geared towards you achieving your goal. Nothing is left to chance. We force the results.
Therefore, to facilitate this, Individualization, Education, and Connection are at the core of my business.
My training is for anybody that wants to improve their health. That can come in many different forms, but it forever blows my mind how much good it can do for someone to just feel good about themselves.
Although, on the face of it, you would think I only believe in quick results, I actually put plans in place for my clients to gain control for life. Results are at the forefront of everything I do. However, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the process. It's not about missing out on the fun and being punished in the training ground. It's about understanding when and how to make the right choices at the right times. I want my clients to leave me in a completely different space than when they came to me.
Keeping the results is on par with getting them in the first place, and I believe in giving the capability to the clients, so they have control over their bodies for life. There's a reason clients make it a long-term investment after their initial package.
I had a singular goal for my personal training career when I started in 2016. That was to become the 'go-to' coach in the community for results.
I want to change the course of the fitness industry. I pride myself on my integrity and want to be an outlet for people who want to get the most out of their bodies without wasting time.
In the fitness industry, you should judge a tree by the fruit it bears, not the fruit it talks about. You would not go into a clothes store, pay some money, and walk out empty-handed. Personal training is no different. You do not buy personal training sessions. You buy the results.
